Went for pico laser last week, had good experience and good results for acne scars and rolling scars. Treatment is not painful just some prickling feeling. I have sensitive skin and had no issue taking this treatment, overall very satisfied with the service and treatment after only one session of pico laser

The OneDoc outlet is rude, not honest, and wastes customer time and travel. The website claims a RM199 trial for acne scars, but the shop claims it's not for ancestry. The doctor-certified therapists are uncertified, and consultation fees are charged if not used.

Good sevice. Quite visible results after the pico laser treatment. Highly recommend for those have acne scars problem.

I went for their first trial PRP injection + microneedle. The staff's service is abit slow la, macam lengan lengan abit. Then the doctor is friendly and will keep persuading you to buy package. But he is funny and will not show a fierce face if u refused to sign package😊 Staff are friendly too. My friend said my acne scars improved a lot after 1 treatment. I also can feel the visible changes. So after I finish my treatment in another clinic, I think I will come back here again as their package price is considered reasonable.
