Great environment & good service from the staff here in Clinic Rx. Professional attitude and good surgical environment. Dr Vicky is extremely experienced and did a marvellous job at my double eyelid suture. The beautician (Vevon)assigned to me was also very attentive and was constantly checking up on me. Definitely recommend.

The clinic provided poor service, including a failed double eyelid suture treatment and a re-do. The consultant manager, ANGIE, refused to refund the patient and refused to proceed with the chosen treatment. The unprofessional and rude treatment made the patient feel responsible for the mistake. The clinic should be reconsidered twice.

I have done the double eyelid and really happy with the natural look recently. Thank you!
